Their 2005 début album, Employment triumphed both commercially and critically. Not only did this album take home bags full of British music industry awards, but it also sold more than 3 million units.

The only way to describe this group of New York musicians’ style is diverse. They incorporate genres like hip hop, jazz, blues, rock, R&B, funk, punk and more.
