Sound Control Manchester - is a young and famous nightclub. It was founded in 2010 and from that time on, it saw a lot of performers such as Kit British, Pixie LIot, HelloGoodbye, Mono, Helmet, Wild Flag. It is a three-floor venue with a different seating capacity on each floor: 500 people can be hosted in a basement club, a ground floor bar can accommodate 150 people, and the second floor features 450 seating capacity live music room. There is also a bar and a dressing room.

Getting there
Sound Control is located on 1 New Wakefield Street, Manchester, M1 5NP.
By train and tube: Oxford Road is the nearest one. It’s extremely easy to find the venue heading from that destination. Just turn right near the station and you will see the Sound Control.
By bus: You can take buses #42/43 and 197. They are the most convenient bus routes to commute to the venue. You should get off near the Palace Hotel. Sound Control is right on the opposite side.
By car: A57 motorway and A665 highway run close by the club; you can turn to Wakefield Street from both roads.
International: the easiest way to get to the venue directly from the Manchester airport would be to take a cab; but, of course, you can always catch a bus to the nearest tube station and take it from there.
Parking facilities
Parking spaces are available on the street, so no parking spaces for Blue Badge holders. Still, there are some parking lots with accessible parking nearby. For example, the Student Halls with their underground car park. It costs £4.50 for 12 hours. There are also separate parking bays on New Wakefield Street. By the way, there is no fare after 8 pm.
Access for people with special needs
Sound Control Manchester gladly accommodates visitors with special needs: there is a lift to the first floor and specially equipped toilet on the ground floor.
