Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr., aka Busta Rhymes, is an American rapper, actor, and producer. He is well known for is extraordinary rapping style and behavior on stage and in public. Critics and fans highly praise his style. The performer received eleven Grammy nominations up to this day. He often uses internal rhyme and half rhyme, which is quite unusual for most rappers. Busta Rhymes often calls his style "Flipmode," a term that was coined by the rapper himself. His 1996 album entitled "The Coming" gained a platinum status. Despite some problems with law and police, Busta Rhymes still remains one of the most famous rappers in the history of American rap music.

Busta Rhymes started rapping at the age of 12 and after some solo experiments, he joined the rap band called Leaders Of The New School. Despite gaining some popularity among fans of underground hip-hop, the band split-up after releasing their first album. Later he continued working as a solo performer releasing several albums that contained such hits as "Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check", "Dangerous", "Turn It Up (Remix)/Fire It Up", "Gimme Some More", "What's It Gonna Be?!" and "Pass the Courvoisier, Part II".
