Toyah Ann Willcox, born on May 18, 1958, in Birmingham, is the English actress and singer, who started on the punk scene, and then became one of the most prominent figures of the British new wave. Between 1977 and 1983 she played in the band “Toyah”, signed with an independent Safari Records label. In 1979, they issued their debut single, “Victims of the Riddle”.
