The original lineup of “Queen” was Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon, and Roger Taylor. But before the band “Queen” (the name given by Freddie Mercury himself), there existed a band “Smile”, the lineup of which was changed a couple of times. However, when an ambitious leader Farrukh Bulsara (the real name of Freddie) came, the sign was changed to “Queen” with a designed logo and Farrukh became Freddie. “Queen” had a special power, which appeared only thanks to the vocalist - Freddie Mercury. “Queen” is known for its hits: “The Show Must Go On”, “We Will Rock You”, “We Are the Champions”, and “Radio Ga Ga” played by Freddie Mercury. This was in the 70s, but now there is the other time and Freddy was replaced by Adam Lambert.

Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert was born in 1982. Adam participated in ‘The American Idol’ show. At the audition, he won the jury and audience with the songs “Rock With You” by Michael Jackson and “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen. In the finale, Adam Lambert was accompanied by the members of the legendary band “Queen”, who were the singer’s teen idols. In the eighth season of the show, Adam took the second place, but it cannot be said that it is somewhat inferior to the winner, because Lambert was able to achieve international fame later. In the early summer of 2012, Lambert gave a free concert with the band “Queen”.

Adam said that he has no intentions to become a full replacement of Freddie Mercury, but the chance is given only once in a lifetime. Adam also added that he could never be to the public the new Freddy. But Lambert fans do not think so.
