For the first time future members of “The Specials” were gathered by the keyboard player Jerry Dammers in the town of Coventry in 1977. Dammers was born in India in a family of the English priest. Got to Coventry, the little boy entered the Polytechnic college, Art Department. Jerry plunged into music.
