Pleasure Beach Tickets

“Pleasure Beach” is a new band appeared in a Belfast coffee shop in 2015. The participants of the band are Lisa, Kat, Rachel, Alan, and Richard. United by their shared love to music, they came from absolutely different musical backgrounds. Nevertheless, they succeeded in creating anthemic tracks filled with reverie full of honesty. Their sound resemble the one of “Arcade Fire” and Bruce Springsteen’s creativity. The band’s debut track “Go” burst into the Irish radio in 2015 and was regularly broadcasted since then. It appeared among Ones To Watch 2016 and a nominee for the Choice Music Prize “Song Of The Year”.

In the track, the intensity of Bruce Springsteen is combined with woozy shoegaze layers, which makes an energetic power-indie melody. “I’d been watching an unhealthy amount of classic Italian horror movies around the time we formed Pleasure Beach. With these at the back of my mind we arrived at the concept of writing a break-up song set against a strange and dreamy post-apocalyptic landscape,” comments one of the participants of the band. “Go” had over 400 thousand views on Spotify.

New Releases

The EP “Dreamer to the Dawn” is a three song album which presents the immersive, anthemic and precisely tuneful indie rock of the band. The songs from it were included in Blog Sound of 2016 list. The band received recognition starting from a national radio and up to the tastemaking KEXP in the Seattle. New track “Magic Mountain” follow up their 2015 debut EP. It was issued in April on Faction Records. It is full of majestic riffs, cathartic ambience and spirited melody, albeit with an added sense of grit. The new track follows heavyweight songs such as "Hayley", "Go", and "Dreamer To Dawn".
