Peter Andre Tickets

Peter was born in London but was raised in Australia. Andre participated in the TV talent show ‘New Faces’ in 1990. Australian director of the record company Melodian Records, Molly Meldrum, was among the judges and after the presentations concluded a contract with Andre. In 1992, they issued their debut track, “Gimme Little Sign”, which quickly appeared in the top three local charts and spent thirty one week in the official ARIA Charts.

About Peter Andre

In the Charts

In 1993, Peter kicked off the album “Peter Andre”, the hits from which “Funky Junky” and “Let's Get It On / Do You Wanna Dance?” entered Australian Top 20. At this very time, the song “Gimme Little Sign” won “ARIA” as the big seller of the year.

Popularity Abroad

In the United Kingdom, the greatest success got the songs “Only One” (the 16th line in the UK “Top 50”) and “Mysterious Girl” (performed together with Bubbler Ranx), which has taken the 2nd place in the charts in Britain and the 8th place in Australia charts. In the future, André won the first places too – the disc “Natural” and two tracks – “Flava” and “I feel you”. But after his change from pop to R & B, his popularity became weaker. The second disc, “Time”, did not climb higher than the 28th place.

Decline of Popularity

In 1998, Andre issued a cover version of the song “Kiss the Girl” from the Disney cartoon “The Little Mermaid” - after which his contract with the studio recording was terminated, and he disappeared from the charts for a long time. Once he was back in the song of the group “Childliners” – “The Gift Of Christmas”.

Television and New Fame

Peter returned on British television, as a participant in the reality show “I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!” where he met his future wife - a former supermodel Jordan (real name - Katie Price). Actively using the fame, he returned on the wave of nostalgia, re-recording his hit “Mysterious Girl” in 2004. He again won the first place in the charts. Later, he released the single “Insania” (the 3rd place in the UK), the album “The Long Road Back” (the 44th position), and the single “The Right Way” (the 14th place). The musical career of the singer continues to this day, with the variable popularity.
