Aurora Aksnes, best known as Aurora, is a 20-year-old Norwegian singer, born in Stavanger, but she grew up in a city close to Bergen. The grey weather surrounding the area had a great influence on her music; the melancholy of her voice and lyrics comes from the dark clouds, she once said. This is actually a milestone in her fragile career, her first ballad released on Soundcloud, “Awakening”, has some soft lines and captivating vocals which are impressive. Read more
