Slaughtered Lamb is a compact venue with just 120-seat capacity. If you’re into acoustic music, this is the spot for you! The pub mostly hosts shows from young and up-and-coming young artists. Still, the choice of performers is quite solid; The Civil Wars is just one example of a promising band that debuted with their album in the Slaughtered Lamb. Red Stripe, Erdinger, and Brooklyn Lager are some of the other musicians that held their shows in the venue. Great sound, tasty unpretentious food, and extra nights dedicated to indie and avant-garde music — what else could an acoustics fan possibly want?

Getting there
Slaughtered Lamb is easily accessible by several commute routes, such as:
By train and tube: Hammersmith, Circle, Metropolitan, and City tube lines will quickly take you to the Slaughtered Lamb. Whichever line you choose, exit at Farringdon — the pub will be in an 8-minute walk from the station. You can also get to the same station by national rail. Old Street Railway Station is another option, but the walk from there will take you about five minutes longer.
By bus: the nearest bus stops are St John Street, Goswell Road, and Clerkenwell Road. Bus lines 4, 55, 56, 153, 243 will take you to one of these stations.
By car: on weekends, traffic is usually low, so getting by car is another great idea.
International: the easiest way to get to the Slaughtered Lamb from Heathrow is to jump the Heathrow Connect from terminals 1-3. It will take you to the tube, where you can choose any of the above lines to get to Farringdon. The same logic applies to Gatwick International Airport.
Parking facilities
On-street parking is available, but it does not have any special spots for Blue Badge holders.
Access for people with special needs
Slaughtered Lamb is a simple pub, and it does not have a ramped wheelchair access. However, the first floor is easily accessible (no stairs), and if you want to enjoy a show, you should simply inform the administration in advance, and they will gladly take care of suitable accommodations.
