Jamie Lawson was born in December 1975. He is a British singer and songwriter from Plymouth, England. Ed Sheeran signed him on his label Gingerbread Man Records. In September 2011, he let out the track “Lucy Rocks”, which was the second track in the disk.

In April 2015, Jamie re-issued the record “Wasn't Expecting That,” at Atlantic Records. The recording has topped at No. 3 in Australia and No. 7 in New Zealand. The track occupied No. 6 chart position in Great Britain in October 2015. Lawson participated in Sheeran’s ‘X Tour’ in March and April 2015 and “One Direction” in 2015 “On the Road Again Tour”.
