Neo Jessica Joshua or Nao, born on December, 1987 in Nottingham, became popular thanks to her airy sincere ballads and pop-funk tracks alongside with more exciting alternative R&B works. She appeared on the musical stage in the mid-2010s. Now Nao continues to record new songs on Little Tokyo Recordings. Born in Nottingham, Neo Joshua settled in East London when she was a child. She learned vocal jazz at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. She also tried her skills in singing teaching. She was a backing vocalist for Kwabs and Jarvis Cocker.
