From the Jam is a relatively young band. It was founded less than ten years ago, in 2007, but what an outstanding history hides behind it! The band was formed by Bruce Foxton and Russell Hastings, the former members of The Jam - the legend of the British punk rock and mod revival music. It has been a long time, since the band performed as The Jam, but they still have numerous fans. There was even The Jam exhibition held in 2015. Barrowland
Barrowland is a music venue and dance hall, located in Glasgow. It started its history in 1934. The street market “Barras” which determined the name of the ballroom, is present till this day. The building was destroyed back in the 1958 by a fire, but was rebuilt and opened two years later. In the past few years Barrowland Ballroom has become a famous venue, boasting 2100 people seating capacity. It hosted The Clash, U2, Oasis and many other popular bands.
