Fifth Harmony is the American girls’ groups, founded in 2012 on the 2nd season of the American show The X Factor. The group includes five girls: Camila Cabello, Dinah Jane, Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke, and Lauren Jauregui. The group let out the first track “Miss Moving On” on June 5, 2013. Having taken the 3rd place at The X Factor, they signed the contract with the record company Syco Music and Epic Records.

Appearance of the Group
The group became the winner of the Nickelodeon award — Kids Choice Awards 2015. In 2012, the participants of the group came for the 2nd season as solo performers. The judge Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell made their mind to unite the girls in a group. Subsequently, the group worked together for two weeks to know each other and to practice. They long thought over the name, and only at the end of the show, they introduced themselves as “Fifth Harmony”.
The X Factor Time
For the first representation in “the house of judges” they chose the acoustic version of “Impossible”. For their performances, they chose songs of such performers as Demi Lovato, Shontelle, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, The Beatles, Kelly Clarkson, Adele, Ellie Golding, and others. Fifth Harmony took the 3rd place, having allowed to overtake themselves to Carly Rose Sonenclar, who took the 2nd place, and to the winner Tate Stephens.
Then, it became known that Simon Cowell, the coach of the group, signed them on his label Syco Music.
Popularity after the Show
The show The X Factor made the girls one of the most discussed personalities in social networks at once. In February 2013, the record of their debut disk began. The mini-album “Better Together” was let out on October 22, 2013.
Fifth Harmony creates their hits in the genres Pop, Female vocalists, Dance, RnB. Besides such hits as “All I Want for Christmas is You”, “Me & My Girls”, “BO$ $”, they have two albums “Reflection” (2015), “7/27” (2016).
