Early childhood and rapid success

She showed musical capabilities since the early childhood, and parents actively developed them, arranging her performances in a family piano bar. At 12 Celine has shown a composer talent, having written her own song. This song played a fatal role in her destiny. One of Celine's brothers decided to send the record to the famous producer Rene Angelil. From this point, the musical career of a future famous singer began. Later the producer Rene Angelil remembered that he had been struck with the voice of the girl. To write down the first album of Céline, he sold the house. In 1992, Celine Dion was called the new superstar in America. The disk "Falling into You" (1996) has received the best comments for Dion's career. The international federation of producers of soundtracks has certified it as 9 times platinum — an award which has been given to only two other albums in the history, one of which is Dion's album too — "Let’s Talk About Love."

In the end of the 20th century, Celine Dion’s fame grew at huge rates. For this decade she repeatedly got prestigious awards, her disks were sold by million circulations, and three times she has been entitled as "the most sold singer of the world". Celine Dion has celebrated the end of the millennium in figure of 100 million albums sold, the receipt of several most prestigious national awards and one more Oscar for "My Heart Will Go On" from the movie "Titanic".
