Showaddywaddy Edinburgh Tickets

“Showaddywaddy” is one of the most successful bands working for the glory of the revival of rock 'n' roll in the 70s. In its golden age, the band hit the British charts 23 times (and broke into the Top 10, ten times), and in total spent 209 weeks in the charts. The project was formed in 1973 through the merger of two local gangs of Leicester, “Choise” and “Golden Hammers”. The first of them, in which Dave Bartram, Trevor Oakes, James E, Romeo Challenger played, specialized in their own material with a small addition of covers. The second, consisting of Buddy Gask, Russ Field, Rod Deas and Malcolm Allured, performed only the things from someone else's repertoir.
