Bring Me the Horizon Tickets

“Bring Me the Horizon” (BMTH) is the English group from Sheffield, Yorkshire, founded in 2004 by five participants: Matt Kean, Lee Malia, Matt Nicholls, Oliver Sykes, Jordan Fish. They chose the name, having taken the quote from “Pirates of the Caribbean” pronounced by Captain Jack Sparrow: "Now... Bring me that horizon." With a little change, “Bring Me the Horizon” made the official title of the group.

About Bring Me the Horizon

Career Progress

Initially the group had problems with musical labels and record companies, but musicians found the radical, unique and creative solution of the current situation – the creation of their own label “Thirty Days of Night” where their debut EP was let out. Thus, “Bring Me The Horizon” could draw to attention of the future fans. The debut disk “Count Your Blessings” was issued in 2006. Despite the youth, the group has already had a rather strong success, which would not be without MySpace and fixed intense tours.

Career Development

“Bring Me the Horizon” wrote down the 2nd studio album in 2008. In Sweden, they wrote down an album with Fredrik Nordström, who worked with such groups as “At the Gates”, “Arch Enemy”, “I Killed the Prom Queen”, and “Dimmu Borgir”. The disk “Suicide Season” differs completely from the album “Count Your Blessings”, which had more metal core than in the debut EP “This Is What the Edge of Your Seat Was Made For”. In 2009, the guitarist Curtis Ward left the group.

Fame

Now the group endures the peak of the glory, but most of musical critics think that their popularity is limited only to mainstream tendencies, i.e. in the near future the group will drop out of charts, rotation of popular TV channels, as DeathCore style becomes less popular and demanded.
