Barclaycard Arena
Barclaycard Arena has an amazing history, and when it was opened in 1991, it was the largest arena in the United Kingdom. It was refurbished for about two years with new architectural pieces which give off a much more hospitable feeling. The grand re-opening in 2014 hosted Michael Bublé’s concert. The arena has a capacity of 15.800 people and is the perfect place for concerts, musicals and theatre plays. Across the time it was a filming location for the movie Gladiators (from 1992 till 1999) and scene for performers like Michael Flatley, Mariah Carey, John Bramwell, and Justin Bieber.
