About Avicii
How it all started
His story started in 2007 when he signed on with Dejfitts Plays label. After that, in 2010, Avicii releases the hit song "Seek Bromance" that hits the top 20 in many countries including Sweden, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. In addition to that, he remixes a single “Rapture” for Nadia Ali’s album Queen of Clubs Trilogy: Onyx Edition.
Electronic dance music invasion
After that, Avicii’s career took off. He was ranked 3d on DJ Mag in both 2012 and 2013. In his young age, he has already been nominated twice for a Grammy Award. First time for his work with
David Guetta in 2012 “Sunshine” and the second time – for his own song "Levels" in 2013. The same year Avicii won the Favourite Electronic Dance Music Artist award at the American Music Awards as well as many others.

Some of his most famous songs are "Waiting for Love", "Levels", "The Nights", "The Days", "Addicted to You", "Hey Brother", "X You", "You Make Me", "Wake Me Up", as well as "I Could Be the One" with Nicky Romero. His debut studio album – “True” – was released in 2013. It got a great feedback and reviews, was in top ten charts in over fifteen countries and topped the US, Danish, Swedish, and Australian charts. Not too long ago, in 2015 Avicii released his second album – “Stories”, which also got positive reviews from the music critics. On 7 April 2016, Avicii announced that he is currently working on his third studio album.
