The Wicked musical is a world-class production based on Gregory Maguire’s 1995 novel “Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West”, which in its turn is inspired by the famous tale written by the illustrious L. Frank Baum, “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz”. Wicked was staged for the first time in 2003, at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco. Since then, the show has made its entry on both the American Broadway and the West End of London and has been subject to one UK and Ireland tour and two US tours.
