The Levellers is a group, formed in 1988 in Brighton, England. Current members are Jon Sevink (fiddle), Charlie Heather (drums), Jeremy Cunningham (bass, bouzouki), Alan Miles (harmonica, mandolin, guitar, vocals) and Mark Chadwick (banjo, guitar, vocals).They forged as a pseudo-hippie and slightly punky folk-rock band with a Celtic taste to it. The band started its career from releasing two EPs on their own label back in 1989, which resulted in a contract with Musidisc. Read more
