Getting there

The City Hall Ballroom is located inside the Sheffield City Hall, on Barker’s Pool so you should have no problems getting there by car, train or bus. By train and tube: if you arrive in the city via railway, you should keep in mind that the City Hall Ballroom is within a 10-minute walking distance from the Sheffield Train Station. By bus: the City Hall Ballroom is right next to the City Hall bus stops CH1 (serving the bus routes 6, 30a, 51, 52, 52a, 95, 120, 181, 271, 273, 274, 275, and Sheffield’s Line 30 and X30); CH2, serving the bus routes 81, 82, 83, 83a, 88 and 271; and CH3, serving the bus routes 6, 7a, 51, 52, 52a, 95, 120 and 181. By car: the City Hall Ballroom is quickly reachable by car, as it’s in the vicinity of the A61 main road. International: if you arrive at the Doncaster Sheffield Airport by plane, it should take you around 37 minutes to get to the City Hall Ballroom by car. Or, you can catch a bus to the city centre - it stops in front of the airport exit.
