It is difficult to define Pink Martini style in a single word. What they create can be called vintage-jazz-lounge-pop music. Pink Martini has the features of a 1930s dance orchestra, a classical music band and a carnival troupe. Their light romantic songs, with discreet touches of retro, bring a listener to a completely different time, fascinating and mystical. The band writes and performs lots of splendid material. Something is even written for various TV series, cartoons, Starbucks commercials and others.
