“Space” is an indie rock collective from Liverpool, England, which became famous in the middle of the 1990s with such hit songs as “Female of the Species”, “Neighbourhood”, “Avenging Angels”, and “The Ballad of Tom Jones”. They collaborated with Tom Jones (1999) and Cerys Matthews (1998). The group appeared in 1993 and kicked off six studio discs, a range of charting singles in addition, until they disbanded in 2005. In two years after Andy Parle, the drummer, died in 2011, the team informed about their reunion with Tommy Scott, Jamie Murphy, and Franny Griffiths plus three new participants. Read more
