Maren Morris (a full name — Maren Larae Morris) is the American country singer and songwriter. Maren Morris was born on April 10, 1990 in Dallas, Texas. Later she moved to Nashville to advance her musical career. The debut recording of Maren Morris is the album "Walk On", appeared on June 14, 2005 on a label "Mozzi Blozzi Music". In 2007, the album "All That it Takes" proceeded. The 3rd release of "Live Wire" was recorded in 2011, also on the label "Mozzi Blozzi Music".

The Fort Worth Weekly named Maren the "Songwriter of the Year" (2007). She was named "Female Vocalist of the Year" (2006, 2007) and "Rising Star of the Year"(2005) at Terry Awards.
She gained the "Artist on the Verge" prize during the New Music Seminar. After this, Morris established her reputation as a songwriter, making a deal with Yellow Dog. Then, she began writing tunes for Tim McGraw ("Last Turn Home") and Kelly Clarkson ("Second Wind").

On November 6, 2015 the singer let out the mini-album "Maren Morris" recorded at Columbia Nashvill studio, which got to two charts of the Billboard — "Country Albums" and "Heatseekers Albums" magazine. For the first week after the release 2400 copies of the disk were sold. In 2016, Maren Morris went to the "RipCord World Tour" with Keith Urban, where she acted as the performer opening the concerts.
