Thrice is an American post-hardcore/alternative rock/melodic hardcore/experimental rock band. It was formed by Dustin Kensrue and Teppei Teranishi in 1998, in Irvine, California. Thrice has released nine studio albums by now. The most recent one has been out on May 27, 2016. It is called To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere. The early works of Thrice can be characterised with emphasised heavy riffs.
