Katherine Maria Jenkins was born on June 29, 1980 in Neath, UK. At 4, little Catherine knew she wanted to become a singer. At 7, she first joined the chorus “St.David's”, where she had a lot of standard and hard work. At 10, Katherine won the contest of young singers in the nomination “Choir Girl Of The Year”. This opened new horizons for her. At 17, she already had a few wins in prestigious junior competitions and diploma of the London Royal Academy of Music.
