“Kaleo” is the Icelandic musical group, created in 2012. The lineup comprises JJ Julius Son, Davíð Antonsson, Daníel Ægir Kristjánsson, Rubin Pollock. During their 4 years of existence, the group has issued 2 albums: “Kaleo” (2013) and “A / B” (2016), as well as one EP – “Glasshouse” (2013). The indie rock band let out their debut full-length album on a major label Elektra / Atlantic and entitled it “A / B”. This well-known group was included in the “top 10 new artists, which you need to hear,” by Rolling Stone publication.

Emergence
The group emerged at the festival “Iceland Airwaves Music Festival” in November 2012. The song “Vor í Vaglaskógi”, which was rotated at the local radio station Iceland Rás 2 and was in the top 10 best songs of the radio station, brought them the first popularity. In addition, the track appeared in the first part of the Icelandic TV series “Trapped”.
Fame
In 2014, the group let out the single “All the Pretty Girls”, which received more than 18 million viewings online at “Spotify”. [3]

“A/B” album
They recorded the album together with the producer Cakir King, known for his work with the band “Kings of Leon” and the British musician James Bay. The album includes such tracks as the already popular “I Can not Go On Without You,” “No Good,” multi-rock single “Way Down We Go” and “All The Pretty Girls”.
