Flatbush Zombies is a hip hop band formed in 2010 in Brooklyn, New York. The group is composed of rappers Erick "The Architect" Elliott, Zombie Juice and Meechy Darko. Flatbush Zombies collaborated with various artists, like Anthony Flammia, Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire, Action Bronson, RSA and many others. The group started to be popular after few music videos and two mixtapes that led to their debut studio album, “3001: A Laced Odyssey”, in 2016.

The Rise
Erick Arc Elliot, who was making his own music, decided to bring together a band in 2010. The first club performance of the band was in 2012.The popularity of the group grew after releasing the video "Thug Waffle" via YouTube. Later that year, they release their debut mixtape, named D.R.U.G.S., and means "Death and Reincarnation Under God's Supervision."
In 2013, the band collaborated with fellow Brooklyn rap group The Underachievers and produces the single "No Religion".
In July 2013, the band released a YouTube video where their second mixtape, BetterOffDEAD, was announced and released in September 2013. The mixtape includes 19 tracks and singles “222”, “Palm Trees” and “MRAZ”.
In February 2014, Zombies release a new song, called "Lit". A year later, after a tour and few more collaborative singles, in March 2015, Flatbush Zombies releases a new single via SoundCloud called "Red Eye to Paris". In September 2015 the band releases their socially charged music video on YouTube and next single "Blacktivist".
A Laced Odyssey
Finally in January 2016, the group releases the single "Glorious Thugs". The very same day, Zombies announce that their debut album named “3001: A Laced Odyssey”, will be released in March 2016. A month before that, they release the first single from the album, called "Bounce". In March Flatbush Zombies releases their second single from the upcoming album, called "This Is It". The next day, album “3001: A Laced Odyssey” was finally released, and it ends up receiving positive reviews from critics.
