About Don Broco
All four of the original members of the band attended Bedford Modern High School, and it was here that their first gigs as a group were played. However, they did not formally form a band until after university. Don Broco have made an appearance at several festivals throughout their career so far including the Download Festival in 2009 at Camden Crawl, the Underage Festival in 2009 and 2010 at Victoria Park, London, and the Sonisphere festival in 2010 on the Red Bull Bedroom Jam stage. The band also appeared as a supporting act for Enter Shikari in 2009 and 2010.
Don Broco's first single to be released was "Beautiful Morning" in 2011, which was followed shortly after by "Dreamboy" later that year. However, before their debut album was due to be released, bass guitarist Luke Rayner decided to leave the band due to commitment issues and other interests. So, Tom Doyle was hired, and the band were signed with a record company, Search and Destroy Records who are a combination of Raw Power Management and Sony Music.
After the release of their debut album the guys continued to progress and in October 2012 they had completed their first European Tour supporting Young Guns. In 2013 Don Broco embarked on their first headline UK tour, which proved to be very popular as by the 3rd February, all dates for the February leg of the tour had been sold out. The band's latest album titled Automatic was released in August 2015 and following on from its success Don Broco signed a record deal with SharpTone Records in June 2016.
