He gained fame in the 80’s under the pseudonyms Otis and Clayton Wilbury, co-founder of “Traveling Wilburys”, together with George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and Roy Orbison. But it’s his leading 1970s group, Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) that brought him global recognition, its harmonic-alien-sounds being an inspiration for major groups such as Super Furry Animals or Daft Punk.
