The Limelight 2 is one of the parts of Limelight live music and nightclub venue complex that opened its doors to the public in 1987 and hadn't stopped being popular since. Even better than that – the complex acquired new look and new names after its major rebranding and refurbishment in 2012.
Limelight 2 is situated right in the Belfast City Center, which makes it easily accessible by car, bus and train.
By train and tube: if you are coming to Belfast by train, the nearest station to the venue would be Great Victoria Street Railway Station, located only within 9 minutes of walking distance from the Limelight 2.
By bus: in case you wish to continue your journey from Great Victoria Street Railway Station by bus, take the 7a towards Four Winds. Take off at Dublin Road Botanic and walk 6 minutes to the venue.
By car: the easiest way to get to the Limelight 2 is to take the A24 road. Turn onto Ormeau Avenue and be prepared to see Limelight 2 on your right.
International: you will be pleased to find out that Limelight 2 is 25 minutes drive away from the Belfast International Airport (via M25) and only 10 minutes away from the George Best Belfast City Airport (A2).
Because Limelight complex does not have its own car park, there are plenty on-street parking and car parks. Consider checking out a car park on Dunbar Street, only 3 minutes walk away from the venue. The car park offers more than 500 parking spots including designated area for the blue badge holders.
Access for people with special needs
Even though there are no written guidelines about the accessibility of the venue, we encourage guests with disabilities to contact them directly for further information and accommodation.
