Alfie Boe Tickets

Alfie Boe was born in September, 29th 1973 and is a British actor and tenor who notably performs in musical theatres. In fact, you might already know his, especially if you are a Downton Abbey fan. He even released a “Downton Abbey: Original Music from the TV Series” album in 2011. However, he is best known for the role he played in the Queen's Theatre in London and for his performances as Jean Valjean in famous musical Les Misérables, Les Misérables: 25th Anniversary Concert as well as in the Broadway revival.

Singing career

At some point in his life, Alfie moved to London and started singing studies at the Royal Opera House's Vilar Young Artists Programme, the National Opera Studio and the Royal College of Music. Between 1999 and 2000, he was mentioned as the "opera dude" on the albums by the Clint Boon Experience, which was led by the Inspiral Carpets former organist. In 1999 he played Ernesto for Scottish Opera in the production of Don Pasquale and toured throughout the whole Scotland.

Titles And Albums

In 2003 Alfie Boe has won a “Tony Honour for Excellence in Theatre” award and in 2011 he won a “PPL Classical Award” (Silver Clef Awards). Alfie also released quite a few albums, however not all of them had great success. First two albums “Onward” and “La Passione”, both released in 2007 as well a Franz Lehar: Love was a Dream released two years later didn’t peak in UK charts. However, his following creations were more successful: his platinum album “Bring Him Home” (released in 2010), next platinum “Alfie” (released in 2011), following gold album “Storyteller” (released the next year), as well as his gold album “Trust” (released in 2013), have peaked in UK charts. Alfie Boe released his last album “Serenata” in 2014. Even though it hasn’t peaked in UK top 10 charts, it still got ranked as silver.
